The Committee on Justice recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill on Amendments to Clause 99 of the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine (re Period of Appeal against Normative-Legal Acts)

The bill (Reg. No.8501) supports the opportunity to appeal against the effective normative-legal acts.

Clause 99 of the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine shall be supplemented with the norm, whereby the period time allowed for filing a claim covers cases of appeal against the effective normative-legal acts. Thus, an individual whose interests are concerned by the normative-legal act shall be able to file a relevant claim.
